The Civil Rights & Equity Office (CREO) is responsible for oversight of the University’s compliance efforts in regard to affirmative action, Title IX, disability laws and regulations, religious accommodations, pregnant & parenting modifications, equal employment laws and campus initiatives aimed at creating a diverse, welcoming and equitable campus.

The University of New Hampshire will make good faith efforts to provide reasonable religious accommodations to faculty, staff and students whose sincerely held religious beliefs conflict with a university policy, procedure, or other academic requirement unless such an accommodation would create an undue hardship.
